Thinking of you

Happy Friday!!!  It's time for a new challenge from the Cut It Up Challenge Blog.  This week, the challenge is: Critters

Here is my card for your inspiration:
This card was made almost entirely out of scraps, most of which were already on my desk.  The three different patterned papers I used were scraps from the same paper pack--still sitting on my desk from a different card I had made recently.  The butterfly and the sentiment were actually stamped and die cut from the same scrap of blue patterned paper from the background panel of the card.  I had to go dig out some silver card stock for the frame and the blue mats were not from scraps, but everything else was.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  I hope you will hop over to the Cut It Up blog for the full details of the challenge and to see what the rest of the Design Team has created.

Supplies:
Stamps: Picket Fence Studios "Butterfly Beauties"; MFT "Something for Everyone"
Dies: Pickled Fence Studios "Butterfly Beauties"; MFT "Blueprints 13" sentiment strip; Atlenew frame

What a beautiful card! I love how you turned those scraps into such an elegant design. The layered patterned papers work together perfectly, and that gorgeous butterfly really pops against the silver frame. It's always so satisfying to create something so lovely from bits that were already on the craft table! ❤️

Such a lovely v.intage feel with your papers, and the silver adds some sparkle. A beautiful card for the sketch! Thank you so much for joining the challenge at Atlantic Hearts
