Happy Wednesday!! It's time for another challenge from The House That Stamps Built
. As it is the 5th Wednesday of the month, we have a fabulous sketch for your inspiration:
And here is the card I created:
This sketch made me think of a gatefold card, so that is what I created. It makes it a little hard to photograph as it just wants to pop open instead of lying flat. I added a few enamel dots in colors that match the gumballs for a fun accent.
For a little extra fun, I adhered the gumball machine to the right side of the card and the sentiment to the left side.
I also stamped the gumball machine inside in a light gray (after stamping off one time), but haven't added a sentiment, yet. It might be for a 50th birthday and I thought it would be fun to put the "50" inside the glass ball.
Thanks for stopping by! Make sure you hop over to the House blog
for all the details and to see what the rest of the team created. And if you need any of the stamps I used, make sure you check out the 10% off your entire order coupon over in my left sidebar.
