Happy Friday!!! It's time for a new challenge from the Cut It Up Challenge Blog. This week, the challenge is: (Use an) Oldie but a Goodie
Here is my card for your inspiration:
This card was made almost entirely with items that were on my desk. I was inspired by my super messy desk AND a Jingle Belles challenge from a couple weeks ago "Delicious Leftovers". It was a challenge to use items that were left over from other projects. I didn't get a chance to participate in that challenge, but it has been percolating around in my mind ever since. The die cut black circle, the large snowflake and the "Blessed" die cut were all pieces that had been cut and just didn't make it onto a previous card. The pattern papers are all from the same paper pack and it was on my desk from a previous card as was the gold sparkly ribbon. The only things that I had to get out were the red card stock and the gold pearls. I did have to die cut the vellum circle that is on top of the black circle, but the sheet of vellum was on my desk. Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you will hop over to the Cut It Up blog for the full details of the challenge and to see what the rest of the Design Team has created.
