Farm Fresh

A couple of weeks ago, I was asked to be a guest designer with Double Trouble Challenge for the month of April.

The first challenge of the month begins today.  Here is a sneak peek at the challenge:

You will have to head over to the Double Trouble blog for ALL the details.

And here is my card for your inspiration:

I have my three pastel colors: blue, pink and green; my one sentiment with two words (I had to mask it a little to get it to two words!); and my one slimline card.  I had a bit of trouble with the twist to use at least one decorative or colored egg as I don't celebrate Easter with eggs and bunnies and such, but I did remember that I had this farm set that had little eggs in it.  So, I colored them up to be green eggs (some chickens do indeed lay green eggs) and there you go!  And of course, I used the sketch and I managed to use up all of that pretty lace as well!  This small piece has been sitting around for a long time.  It's always fun to use things up.

Thanks for stopping by!  I hope you will hop over to the Double Trouble blog and check out all the details and then play along with the challenge.
