Birthdays

For Christmas, I received the envelope punch board, and I LOVE it!!!  Not only is it easy, you can make envelopes in practically any size.  Which means, you can make an envelope for a card, and then make a matching (super cute) little envelope to hold the gift!!
My best friends birthday is tomorrow and I made her some earrings. And then I made an adorable little envelope to match the one I made for her birthday card.  So cute!  And while we are talking about adorable, did you see those roses on the card?  I made them using this tutorial I found on Pinterest.  And I even managed to pull in an item from my bits and pieces stash: the scalloped green oval.

Challenges:
Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2--sketch

Our Daily Bread Designs #194--amethyst, purple, lavender
Card Mania Challenges #42--something new (I used a new flower punch to make the flowers and birthdays celebrate the start of a new year)

Verve March Diva Dare--Do the polka
Creative Knockouts--Girlz Rule
Inkspirational Challenge #51--purple, white, green (pick at least 2)
