Someone I know is having a baby and when I saw the Crimbo Crackers challenge #7 was to create a Christmas card for a child, I knew a "first Christmas" card was just the thing. I'm also using the sketch from the Pixie Cottage and their theme of embossing. All the papers are DCWV and the stamps are all from Verve's "Ornamental Christmas". I heat embossed the ornament topper and the sentiment with gold embossing powder then stamped the ornament and colored in the stripes around the sentiment with a gold pen.Monday, January 23, 2012
