Happy Wednesday! It's time for another challenge from The House That Stamps Built. This week is a Designer's Choice Challenge and Laurie has picked "Falling For You". You can make a card with leaves or a fall/autumn card. This card is completely one-layer. I used my mini MISTI and selective stamping to stamp the leaf/pinecone image in the different fall colors. Then I masked along the top and bottom of the image and stamped the postcard stamp. Then I masked a thing strip along both the top and bottom and sponged on some dark brown ink to create a "mat" for the image.
I used the "accessory" sentiments from the "Thanks" cling set on the outside and used the main sentiment on the inside for a little something different.I hope you will play along with us this week (actually, you now have all month to play along with us), I can't wait to see what you come up with. And if you NEED any of the stamps I used today, there is a 10% off your ENTIRE order coupon in my left sidebar.
Supplies:
Stamps: Repeat Impressions "Foliage Positive", "Postcard", "Thanks Cling Set" and "Maple Leaf Sil."

Your inside is as special as your outside! And what a genius idea to use the vertical stamp this way! Pure genius, and beautiful too!
Oh what a great idea- love the fall images andthe script inthe beautiful fall colors.
Love both of your cards for my DCC. great fall colors!
I love that you used the pinecone with the leaves in your design, Heather. I never would have thought of that but what a great addition it makes to the feel of the card. I suspected (when I saw the card in the lineup) that you had used the bigger word inside the card, but when I saw it, it blew me away...that leaf....perfect!
Your strip of colorful leaves is beautiful, Heather, and using the larger sentiment with a leaf on the inside was so innovative. Thanks for sharing your card with us at Addicted to CAS.
Wow two gorgeous cards love them both. Thanks for joining us over at ATCAS.
