Welcome to another Funday Friday challenge from Jo's Scrap Shack. This week we have a beautiful sketch for you. I almost always start my cards with a sketch and this one is a good one (but you'll have to hop over to Jo's blog to see it!) Our sponsor for this week is Scrapper's Delight. Here is my inspiration card for you:
I used "Victorian #2" and she just begged me for some paper piecing. : ) The papers I used are actually from an Autumn pack, but I loved the maroon colors and the patterns. Isn't she a beauty? I'd love to have a dress like that! Head on over to Jo's blog for the full details and to see how the rest of the team interpreted this sketch. And don't forget about the birthday celebration coming up.
Supplies:
Stamps: Scrapper's Delights "Victorian #2" digi; Verve "Peace on Earth" sentiment
Dies: MFT "Blueprints 13" stitched rectangle; Verve "Flag it!" all three banners; Spellbinders "Classic Ovals, large" I used the outside of the largest die to cut my curved piece
