Hello, everyone. It's my turn to post my card for the current Lollipop Ladies' Challenge:
Lego Lollies with the option of toys.
Here's the inspiration photo.
How cute is candy shaped like legos?? I don't have anything that has to do with legos (and with three girls not too likely to, either) so I took my inspiration from the red color of the candy. And I did use the option of toys. I'm thinking this might make a great Christmas card for a child. It took forever to make, but I think I like the end result even though there were many questionable moments along the way.
Hop on over to the Lollipop Ladies Blog to get the full details (there is a prize to be won but only if 7 people play along--so get your friends to play, too). I'd love to see your take on the challenge.

Great card Heather - you are too hard on yourself but I know what you mean when you say some of 'em just take so long to get there!
Super cute card Heather. I love the DSP you used. Thanks fo rjoining us this week at 52CCT
So cute, Heather! LOVE the darling image and I adore the patterns you put together, too! Fabulous creation! Thanks for joining us at 52CCT! :)
This is a lovely Christmas card Heather. I have two daughters and 4 grand daughters and they all played with lego. I still have lego for when my 4 year old granddaughter comes. She loves to go upstairs to play with the lego.
The train of toys is super cute! I really like the starry scalloped border, and how you used the punched-out stars to decorate the train car and the corner of the image panel. Thanks for sharing your card in this week's 52{C}CT challenge!
Very festive card Heather, love the starry border and how you used the cut out stars!
Thanks so much for joining us again at 52 {C}CT, please come back soon! Ruth x
Great card. What a great idea to make your Christmas cards all year long. Time does tend to run away. Thanks.
i think this is the first toy train card I've seen on 52 CCT - although I could be wrong, it's perfect for a child's Christmas card. love the papers too. Thanks for playing along with us at 52 CCT
