What a great reminder that those “leftover” pieces can become something really special! I love how the floral panel took center stage, and stamping the sentiment on vellum was such a perfect choice—it keeps everything soft and elegant without competing with the design. The fussy-cut hearts and pink pearls add just the right amount of sweetness. This is a lovely way to kick off Valentine’s cards!
Hi Heather, what a lovely card. Isn't it amazing what we can make out of leftovers. Some of my sketches for this year have leftovers in my mind when designing them. I love the pastel colours and your lovely sentiment. This is such a pretty card with your heart embellishments and your added pearls. This is such a sweet card, Heather! I love how you combined the flowers and the hearts. I have a couple of old Verve stamps that I still like using. I also love how you used a scrap that had been on your desk for a while. It’s always fun when things come together like that and it looks so good.
