One of the young men at our church just turned 21. Oh, to be 21 again! I'm going to be double that this year; yikes! Anyway, I made this card to celebrate him. It all began with the turquoise stars. I had several of them left over from a baby shower and have been trying to use them--masculine cards are perfect! I used black for some bold accents and black glitter paper for the focal point.
