Last summer my entire family went on a family vacation to the Outer Banks in North Carolina. One of the activities we (specially my brother and I) really enjoyed was going out at night and catching the crabs that ran around on the beach. Of course, we let them go after we caught them. Anyway, my brother's birthday was the past week and I just had to make him a card featuring little crabs! I created a little beach scene by blending some blue and brown inks and joining them in the middle with some white ink. Then I stamped, colored and fussy cut the little crabs and added glossy accents to their eyes before adhering them in the sand.
I stamped a different crab on the outside of the envelope to dress it up a little bit. And to finish the card off, I added a few clear drops to look like bubbles.
Supplies:Stamps: Your Next Stamp "Sea Creatures" crab and sentiment; the crab on the envelope is a freebie from Art Impressions Stamps
