These three blank ornaments were in my bits and pieces idea, and I had a fun idea to stamp some poinsettias. I have to say it turned out even better than I anticipated; in fact, I LOVE how it turned out!
I stamped the images on the ornaments, then colored them with my spectrum noirs, then restamped over the top (using my stamp-a-ma-jig) with versamark ink so I could emboss the images with some gold tinsel embossing powder. The sparkle on this is amazing!! You can see it in the photo below.Down the side I used one of my patterned paper scrap strips. As I said, I just love how this one turned out. And I got to use some items from the bits and pieces stash!

As You Like It--Favorite: birthday or Christmas and why? I do enjoy making birthday cards, but I love Christmas cards (I need more of them, so that works out, too). I love that you an use as much sparkle and glitter as you want. AND Christmas is about the birth of Jesus and I LOVE celebrating that!
Wow, those ornaments are gorgeous...love that you embossed them with gold and love how your hung them with the red bows. I'm so sorry you didn't meet the deadline for the #302 challenge at AHSC; but Double Trouble will give you the additional chance for random draw. And you got us on the B-related for the twist. Thanks for sharing this beautiful card with us, and when I do my Christmas cards I may scrap-lift this idea.
