Happy Wednesday!! It's time for another challenge from
The House That Stamps Built. As it is the 5th Wednesday of the month, we have a fabulous sketch for your inspiration:
And here is the card I created:
I created a fun interactive card for a young teen boy at our church. The stamp set is designed to work on a swing card, but I've found there are a lot of different ways to use these types of sets. I have the first image and sentiment (which I cut apart from the image so I could use it in different ways) on the front of a little pocket I created. Into the pocket I place a little card with a pull tab.
After you pull it out, you find the second image and second sentiment:
I so love the smug look on this cats face! He definitely enjoyed that little bird! On the inside I used the rest of the sentiment (it is part of the cat image, but I masked it so I could add only the sentiment) and added a lighter stamping of the bird for some interest.

ReplyDeleteI am still laughing at your funny card - I did not fully notice at first, wondering why there were two images, the bird then the cat (a very happy satisfied looking cat I might add) so I took a minute and when I did, well lets just say I almost spit my coffee onto my keyboard. Oh gracious its sooooo funny!
