I created this fun anniversary card for my cousin and his wife. It was the perfect way to use up some of my beautiful paper scraps that are getting too small to use for much else.
I popped up the outer two hearts on both the top and bottom rows and the center heart in the middle row. It adds interest and dimension/texture without adding anything extra.Supplies:
