It's Wednesday again! That means it's time for another What If? Wednesday challenge from The House That Stamps Built. We have a beautiful inspiration photo for you this week:
And here is my card:
I used stamps from the newly released Flower Power Separates set. This card is a masterpiece of alterations. Starting with the "frame" I die cut the Fleur De Lis shape and then used my craft knife to cut out the center to create the frame. Then I stamped the outline stem image from the set and added the outline small leaves to look like a branch. And the sentiment was masked and partially inked to use just the "birthday" part. There are really so many ways to use the products we already own; I hope I've inspired you to think outside the box a bit with your existing supplies.I die cute the "happy" 4 times from white cardstock and adhered them all together for dimension. Before I cut the top layer, I used my markers to create an hombre look.
Now, hop on over to The House Blog to see what the rest of the DT created. And remember, if you NEED any of the stamps I used, I have a 10% off your ENTIRE order code in my left sidebar. And starting tomorrow, we will be showcasing two new sets from Repeat Impressions. There will be a chance to win, so make sure to check it out every day from Thursday until Sunday.
Supplies:
Stamps: Repeat Impressions "Daisy Outline, large", "Daisy Solid, large", "Daisy Outline, small", "Daisy Solid, small", "Leaf Outline, small", "Leaf Outline, wavy", "Stem Outline" and "Birthday"
Dies: Spellbinders "Fleur De Lis Squares"; MFT "happy trio" and "Blueprints 13" stitched rectangle
