Fall Birthday

Welcome, all!  Today is my day to post over on the Lollipop Ladies blog for the current challenge:
Macaroons
TLL #77 Macarons
with the added twist of ribbons
What really caught my attention in this photo was that dark brown macaroon right in the center.  I took that as my starting base and added in some of the other fall colors (orange and cream).
I used this adorable image from Birdie Brown (it's free if you use it in the monthly challenge).  I printed it out on kraft paper and colored it with markers; I've really been liking the look when I have seen it on other blogs.  Then I glued on some raffia for the "straw" hair and cut out the hat and the pumpkin from a second sheet and popped them up with foam tape to give some added dimension.  Cute, huh?
And here is the inside of my card:
So, hop on over to the Lollipop Ladies Blog for all the details and then come play along.

Challenges:
Just Add Ink #184--just add bows (raffia bows)
Frosted Designs Fabulous Friday--add texture (the raffia definitely adds a lot of texture)
Crafty Catz #200--birthday
There She Goes Again #227--decorate the inside
Get Inky #14--Fall colors
{Pin}spirational Challenge #77--photo inspiration (I took inspiration from the browns and the veggies)
Tuesday Throwdown #167--colors of Fall
One Crazy Stamper--Thankful/autumn
Birdie Brown October Challenge--use the monthly digi

Supplies:
Stamps: Birdie Brown "Hey Pumpkin" digi; Verve "Borderline" sentiment and "Tall Oaks" (pumpkin inside); PTI "Big Birthday Wishes" sentiment inside
