The other day I made a card that will be posted on June 1st for a DT project. That card uses these sweet little swans and while I had them out on my desk, I decided to create another card using them. As a sneak peek for you, the gingham oval was left over from that other card. It made the perfect backdrop for this adorable swan couple! I added a waterlily from the same set, I also stamped a trio of hearts (from the set) and covered them with some nuvo enamel drops.
Then I finished the card off with two little white pearls. Nice and easy and rather quick.Friday, May 26, 2023

Love you to the Moon
Hello, everyone! Here is a mid-challenge reminder for our Inspiration photo challenge over on the Creative Moments Challenge blog. You still have almost 2 weeks to play along with us. We have two sponsors and the image I used today came from Mirtillamente. Here is my card:
For my inspiration card for the beginning of this challenge, I used the same image, but I printed it out large and used it to create a CAS card. You can see it in my post here. This time around, I printed it out in a much smaller size, and while it is still the star of the show, the other elements work along with it to create a much different card. I created this card as a Mother's Day card for my mother-in-law. Her favorite color is purple, so I made sure to use a lot of it!Friday, May 19, 2023

The herd's all here!
Happy May 1st!! It's time for a new challenge on the Critter Crazy Challenge blog! As always, it is a month long challenge: Anything Goes as long as you feature a creature. Here is my card for your inspiration:
My youngest nephew just turned 6 this past weekend, and this is the card I made for him! I used a bunch of the cute critters from MFT's "The Whole Herd". They are just the cutest!! I found a fun sketch and voila! it all fell together! I added a white picket fence border and a bit of twine to add to the farmyard feel.
